Hi, I’m Julie – the founder of Inner Growth and a certified coach with 15+ years of experience helping teams and leaders work better together.
I’m passionate about creating psychologically safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplaces. With a background in IT project management, I’ve worked in international and multicultural settings, guiding teams through change, uncertainty, and collaboration challenges.
My work blends research, coaching, and hands-on leadership experience, empowering organizations to grow from the inside out.
